Privacy Statement

1. Purpose of the Website and Data Processing

This website provides a contact option for questions and suggestions about concrete 3D printing through the contact form and informs visitors about the possibilities of this technology.

Users have the option to attach files, such as STL files or images, to their message in the contact form. The message content and any attached files are used solely for analyzing the design and its feasibility. STL files are processed by a slicer only when a response is provided to discuss technical feasibility. Images are used for illustration and are only viewed.

Selecting and uploading files in the contact form is optional and not required for submitting questions.

2. Processed Data and Security

When the “send” action is taken via the contact form, the following data is sent and stored on the web server and mailbox of beton3dprinten.nl:

  • Email address (used exclusively for communication)
  • Message content (used exclusively for communication and analysis)
  • Any uploaded files, such as images (for analysis) or STL files (which may be processed in a slicer for printability and analysis)

3. Data Sharing

Email addresses, messages, and files are not shared with third parties.

4. Retention Periods

STL files and images submitted via the contact form will be removed from the web server as soon as possible after review by the site administrator. Copies in the administrator’s mailbox are retained as long as the user desires further information about concrete 3D printing.

5. Cookies

You can read more about the cookie policy of the site here.

6. User Rights
